Shashliki & Marozhini

A traditional Georgian restaurant specializing in shashliki (mtsadi/kebabs) and Georgian cuisine, located within the historic Wine Factory N1 complex on Vasil Petriashvili Street. The building was constructed in 1894-1896 by Russian architect A. Ozerov and represents national architectural style blending Georgian medieval traditions with Western European influences. The factory complex was transformed into a multifunctional cultural space with multiple restaurants, bars, and cafes in 2017.
