The Georgian National Museum unifies over 20 museum complexes across Georgia, with its main building named after Simon Janashia located on Rustaveli Avenue. The museum houses collections of natural and cultural history, including archaeological treasures and prehistoric human remains from Dmanisi dating back 1.8 million years.
