Culinarium Cooking School, Wine Factory

Culinarium is Georgia's first and only professional cooking school, run by chef Tekuna Gachechiladze, inventor of Georgian fusion cuisine. The school offers cooking classes taught by professional chefs and also operates as a restaurant featuring contemporary Georgian cuisine. Located within the historic Wine Factory N1 complex in Old Tbilisi, it serves wine and food pairings.
