Hey all, I’m in a community choir here in Tbilisi. If anyone’s interested in choral music, please join us at our upcoming concert! Spiel below: On October 25th, the Ursa Major choir will perform at Loco Park, in the vast industrial hall of a former locomotive factory in Tbilisi. Loco Park, a space steeped in history with impressive acoustics, has already hosted indie rock star Tom Odell and an international electronic music festival. This is a new venue for the choir, whose focus on contemporary European and American classical music has become its signature style. Ursa Major is a mixed choir under the artistic direction of Evgeny Ivanov, bringing together more than 35 members from different countries.
