Founded in 1887, the museum houses a collection of approximately 40,000 artifacts from 50 countries, including silkworm cocoons, antique threads and textiles, dyes, and other objects documenting the history of sericulture. Free entry for all visitors is available on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:00 to 18:00.
