A gastronomic festival of traditional Georgian baked goods will take place on Orbeliani Square on Saturday and Sunday, October 24-25, from 14:00 to 22:00. Visitors can sample various types of khachapuri, traditional pies (lobiani, kubdari, mkhlvana, petvrali, acharma, brinджula and others), modern interpretations of dishes by chefs, as well as lesser-known and forgotten recipes. The festival will feature master classes and educational seminars on the history of Georgian cuisine. Admission is free.
